"Many people think that we are just cheerleaders who teach
camps but we are more than that. We are a family that continues
to grow each year and I am so blessed that I have been given
the opportunity to be apart of such a great organization."
"NCA Staff is one word to me: family. Each and every person I
work with had impacted my life in a positive way. I am now
going to begin my fourth summer with NCA and I could not be
more excited. NCA is much more than just a job; it is a huge
part of my life. The people who know me best and are closest to
me are also the people that I get to work along side with every
summer. And it is because of the family, the kids, and the
experiences that I will return summer after summer. NCA has
made me a better person both professionally and personally and
I can honestly say that it is my dream job. THANK YOU NCA!"
"I challenge you to make your life a masterpiece. I challenge
you to join the ranks of these people who live what they teach,
who walk their talk. Achieve all you want because you can."
"NCA staff has changed the way I see everything. It gave me the
greatest summer of my life. After graduation I was nervous
about moving out and becoming an adult. Staff was a great
transition. I got to stay out of my house with amazing people
and learn how to be super responsible because i was taking care
of other people besides just me."
"Being an instructor was the BEST thing I ever did. The number
of lives I've touched and kids I've helped has greatly
influenced the type of person I am today and I owe it all to
NCA. NCA is my family."
"I owe a lot of things to NCA. This company has taught me how
to be a better person. It has given me confidence to do things
that I probably would not be so inclined to do in everyday
life."
"NCA Staff has changed my life in the best way possible! It has
given me the greatest opportunity one can be given. The
opportunity of being a role model to so many individuals has
been incredible. Seeing smiling faces on the kids, coaches, and
parents is one of the best rewards I could have received. I am
so thankful to be a part of one of the best organizations and
hope to continue in touching lives through NCA."
"To me, NCA has impacted my life in several ways. It has taught
me lessons about life, in and outside of cheerleading, I have
met some of the best people I know, those who I will call my
family and best friends for life, and I have become stronger as
a person as a whole."
"We teach them to become an even better person, to accept
others for what they have to offer, and push themselves to
become what they want to become. I can't imagine a summer
without NCA and I certainly enjoy NCA-related events. We offer
a unique opportunity where people come first!"
"NCA has become my family throughout the summer. I look forward
to going to staff meeting and competitions because it's like
our reunion. I get to see my best friends everyday and do what
we like to do!"
