5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
Glenda F. - TX

Ingredients:
4 T. Flour
4 T. Sugar
2 T. Cocoa
1 Egg
3 T. Milk
3 T. Oil
3 T. Chocolate Chips
Vanilla

Directions:

Mix in large coffee mug, cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
Eat out of mug or spoon out into a bowl with ice cream.

Coconut Cake
Sara D. - WV

Ingredients:
2 pkg. of Ritz Crackers
1 stick and 1/4 tbsp. Butter
1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
3 pkg. (reg. size) Coconut Cream Instant Pudding
1 c. Coconut
1 1/4 c. Milk
1 lg. container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Crust: Crush Ritz crackers, melt butter, mix together and pour into pan. Mix together Ice Cream, Pudding Mix, Coconut and Milk, pour over crust. Top with Cool Whip. Reserve some coconut, toast in stove or microwave and sprinkle over the top.

Low Calorie Cake

Ingredients:
1 Box Angel Food Cake
1 Can Crushed Pineapple - NOT drained
1 tub Lite Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges - drained

Directions:
Combilne Cake mix with Pineapple, stir until mixed well, pour into 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350 for approx 28 - 30 min
Combine Cool whip and orange (drained) , spread over cooled cake!

Strawberry Delight

Ingredients:
1 Angel Food Cake
1 16 oz. tub of Cool Whip
1 carton Fresh Strawberries

Directions:
Put Cool Whip in a large bowl. Slice Strawberries crossways from top to bottom. Tear apart one Angel Food Cake into pieces. Add cake and strawberries to bowl of Cool Whip. Mix Well. Eat immediately or chill and eat later.

Directions:
Mix it in the juicer and enjoy!


Protein Shake

Vanilla Protein Powder, Fresh Berries, Skim Milk


Raspberry Banana Fat Free Smoothie

Ingredients:
Fat Free Plain Yogurt
Banana
Frozen Raspberries
1 packet of Splenda
a few cubes of Ice

Directions:
Blend that all up for about 45 seconds and stick a straw in it! Healthy, filling and easy!
